The Gothic Bride is number one in a collection of brides I created for Halloween a couple of years ago. Ever so often I would come back to her and do more edits in photoshop or on my iPad. 

Intricacies

Her viel was a little hard to crop and I wanted to give her a softer look which required special tools and techniques within my favorite software. I watched youtube videos and joined courses to learn techniques to give her the look I wanted. 

Facial Features

There were plenty of parts that were difficult to edit such as her facial features. I had to clear up the corners of her mouth and make her eyes mysterious. She is a dark bride but with the illusion of sweet, hence the pink veil and flowers.

Hands

The hands weren't what I was looking for at first and this particular part of the body isn't easy to fix, but I continued to play around with them and had to erase and undo several times. It took a few lessons for me to figure out that there is no such thing as perfect but I did my best and I think they turned out alright.

Conclusion

Being a busy mom hasn't made for easy and quick listings to my shop, but I'm having fun and I really hope to bring something of high quality, value, as well as unique to the table. I really hope you enjoy my work and anticipate what's to come.
